What is your favorite weapon and why?

Mine is the lance for its versatility and power, nothing beats the power of the lance!

I like the Hammer. Super-pounding the crap out of monsters is way too fun.

I'm with Don Lance FTW ^_^, i like the Lance for the fact it can break and cut, it has an impenetrable shield, and it has good reach

Well what can i say, im a Great Sword man. I tried the lance yesterday and it went horribly wrong against a great jaggi so im sticking with my thrusty great sword.

mine would have to be the switch axe, i've tried the lance, but i fail xD
i like how the switch axe has 2 different kind of weapons in 1

Divine Exodus(610 dragon )
Dahakas (got through most of offline with the 1st one )
pretty much all of em even the rusted ones

also like the pirate j SA
and a couple of LSs(Dancing Flames)

lance, perfect for anything, attacks as fast as the longsword if you dodge or counter, good attack, switches between cutting and impact damage, and blocking is the best if you're stuck on a monster,

i love my undertaker and tusk lance+ (only hr 25 but awesome offline)

i really like the hammer
cuz it does very high damage

For Tri I've been focusing mainly on the lances. I love the new moves! It's even more amazing then before. Sword and Shield, guns, and hammers are really solid choices too.
