If you have anything regarding games that doesnt deserve a full thread post it here! Small news tidbits are always welcome.

If you want to talk about a game in general you can make a thread about it. Thanks for your co-operation,

If You Can't Beat The Zombies, Eat The Zombies.

http://kotaku.com/5588910/if-you-cant-beat-the-zombies-eat-the-zombies

Eating the undead isn't just for Japan anymore. From the makers of Zombie Blood energy drink comes Zombie Jerky Dead Meat Chunks, "the first slimy, green, beef jerky packaged in a bright-orange biohazard specimen bag." I feel sick.

Harcos, the company that brought you Mana Energy Potion, Blood Energy Potion, and of course, Zombie Blood, now enters the dried beef market with Zombie Jerky Dead Meat Chunks. As promised, these slimy green chunks of dried meat are packed inside a simulated specimen bag, which I can only imagine helps strengthen the gag reflex considerably.

I would like to try this haha.

Oh silly Nintendo going at it again.

http://kotaku.com/5592306/pokemon-suing-over-pictures-of-pokemon-cards

The Pokémon Company may have a fancy name, but it's still part of Nintendo, and we all know Nintendo is good at two things: making video games, and suing people.

Last week, The Pokémon Company filed a lawsuit in the US against sports card company Beckett. Why? Beckett publishes Beckett Pokémon Unofficial Collector!, a magazine that while unofficial has, it's been accused, been printing images of Pokémon cards without Nintendo's consent.

Beckett's defence rests on the fact that because The Pokémon Company had advertised in the magazine, and had never kicked up a stink about printing the images previously, they figured everything was cool. Well, Beckett, turns out it's not cool.

Ever wanted to know if the legend of zelda had a timeline? Guess what. It does.

http://www.zeldadungeon.net/2010/07/skyward-sword-before-ocarina-of-time-in-timeline/

“Yes there is a master timeline but its confidential document!” explains Aunuma-san. “The only people to have access to that document are myself, Mr. Miyamoto and the director of the title. We cant share it with anyone else! I have already talked to Mr. Miyamoto about this so I am comfortable in releasing this information – this title [Skyward Sword] takes place before Ocarina of Time. if I said that a certain title was ‘the first Zelda game’, then that means that we cant ever make a title that takes place before that! So for us to add titles to the series, we have to have a way of putting the titles before or after each other.”

Well then Aunuma and Miyamote confirmed for being teasers D:

Nintendo isn't doing so well it seems.

http://kotaku.com/5599316/nintendo-financials-show-big-losses-2011-zelda-and-games-sales-figures

Money Comes, Money Goes
First up, Nintendo continues to see a massive decline in both net sales and operating income, the former down 25% from the same point last year, the latter down 45%. Most importantly, the company actually posted a loss for the quarter of around USD$290 million, a big slide from the same time last year when the company made a USD$480 million profit.

You may think this is down to a decline in Wii sales, but it's not; instead, Wii sales actually increased over the same period in 2009, but dips in DS sales, as well as software for both the DS and Wii (not to mention foreign currency fluctuations) accounted for the decline.
